Ephraim G. Kanake, is a Director and Co-Founder of Dispute & Conflict Resolution International (DCRI), a leader and governance coach, social scientist and mediator. Prior to founding DCRI, he worked for 8 years (2001-2009) as a consultant with the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) measuring the performance and productivity of companies based in East Africa in support of the Company of the Year Awards (COYA). He also has experience in the leather and fast-moving goods (FMCG) sector.
He worked for twenty three (23) years as a Production Manager for Unilever Africa and prior to that, five years with Bata Shoes as a leather specialist.
Mr. Kanake has a Higher Diploma in Theology from the Presbyterian University of East Africa.
